This June, Luke Galvani and Sam Wade are participating in the three B.C. Money Mart Easter Seals 24 Hour Relay’s this June; Vancouver Island at the UVIC Centennial Stadium; June 2-3, in the Okanagan at the Apple Bowl in Kelowna; June 9-10, and in Vancouver at Swangard Stadium: June 16-17. Their goal is to raise $10,000 at each relay (for a total of $30,000), which will send five kids to each of the three B.C. Easter Seals Camps
Easter Seals on Wheels was created in November 2010 by Sam Wade and Brian Tong. It involved the chance of a lifetime, cycling down the pacific west coast of North America, from Vancouver, BC, to Tijuana, Mexico. Starting on April 30th, 2011, this 3000km ride consisted of traveling through the states of Washington, Oregon, and California. This was a fundraising initiative for BC Easter Seals Camps. By the end of this journey, Sam, and Brian raised over $8000 for this amazing organization which makes such a difference in our community.
Sam Wade has had a busy four years since starting University. He started a non-profit group known as Simple Acts as Charitable Kindness, which organized monthly events. In 2010, he cycled across Canada for Prostate Cancer, and in 2011 biked to Mexico for Easter Seals. He most recently finished his degree in Psychology and the University of Victoria.
Luke Galvani has always been capable of accomplishing whatever he puts his mind to. Over the last year he has been playing on the Canadian National Powerchair Football Team and truly embraced the opportunity of representing his country in Paris this November. He is currently studying English at Simon Fraser University. He believes that this is his opportunity to have an immense impact on the lives of others.

Also, they are looking for 150 team supporters at each event, to make them the biggest team out there! By being a team supporter they ask that you share this website and their FundRazr page with your friends and family to help them raise awareness. You’ll be able to run a few laps with Sam and Luke as well... if you feel so inclined. This is going to be a physically draining trek, Sam and Luke will be switching off in shifts every two hours for each relay, and could really use your moral support!
